Hi, I am Dave Pfeffer, a Mankato native with over 25 years of custom home building experience.  I provide my customers with attentive service and quality craftsmanship.  I am involved from the initial design until your house becomes your home.  Attention to detail continues to provide lasting satisfaction with my past customers.  In fact, word of mouth continues to be Vintage Fine Home's best advertisement.

I believe in being an active member of the community.  I am a charter member and past president of the Minnesota River Builders association, as well as a member of Greater Mankato Growth.
